The mechanic here is great. My 13 year old VW GTI had its engine replaced by someone else and they screwed it up and couldn't fix it, and eventually refunded my money as they thought the job was impossible. But Airport got it done, and my car now runs perfectly. With 185k miles on it. He is like the car whisperer, and he is sincerely passionate about cars, especially VWs.I will agree that the women in the front office is not the most friendly or responsive, and you basically have to call them to find out what is going on with your car, but she's alright. For me, the quality of the mechanic and the work trumps any minor administrative flaws, but maybe that is because I have a quirky dinosaur VW.

Car repairs are never a welcome expense. But Gary and the entire Airport Automotive team are meticulous about knowing everything about the health of your vehicle. The excel at doing the right thing for you, and making sure you understand the priority of issues that need to be resolved. This is by far the most trustworthy and honest auto service shop I have ever dealt with in my life. My 1995 Toyota Camry Wagon with 249,000 miles is still going strong. Thanks Guys!

Gary and his team spent a good amount of time researching a couple issues I had on my 2004 Toyota van. Both items had supposedly been fix previously by a Toyota Dealer. First, they fix the air conditioning leak that the dealer had supposed fixed. Second, they determined my engine light issue was an Oxygen Sensor and not the catalytic converter the dealer had already replaced. Based on my experiences, you will find that the staff are expert mechanics and they will give you an honest assessment on your vehicle.

The best. Estimate was correct and the work was done as stated. I recommend highly to anyone with import car issues.

I know when I take any of my vehicles to Airport Automotive I will get very good service and all they said they would do is completed when I go to pick it up. They will call and tell me if they found something that needs to be replaced and how much it will cost . They will also tell me if it needs replaced now or I can wait until the next service. You don't get that when you go anywhere else.
