Very friendly. Unfortunately gave me false hope on a project I came in for. Please have your information correct before you make promises you can't fulfill.

Gary, Thank you for pointing out how friendly the staff was. As service professionals it's their mission to help everyone they can, no matter how monumental the task. In the case of your vehicle, you made a request to have air conditioning installed in a recent purchase of a 17 year old vehicle. A very unusual request and certainly out of our day to day services. I understand your frustration and disappointment; however the time and effort that was put into this project cannot be ignored. Matt used all the resources at his disposal to meet your request. It wasn't until he was told by all the vendors that they could locate the necessary components, that he informed you we could take on that request. We are at the mercy of parts suppliers and parts obsoletion. There aren't very many car manufacturers still producing parts for 17 year old vehicles. I'm really sorry that we couldn't get this done for you, and you felt the need to leave a 2 star review for a company that has an excellent long standing reputation in the community. I want to personally thank you for providing others the opportunity to see that our hundreds of 5 star ratings aren't "cherry picked" !!
